Aluminum composites for peel-off membranes and cold-form blisters provide a complete barrier against water, light and oxygen and enable an extended shelf life of the product as well as increased tamper protection, which is particularly important in the packaging of pharmaceutical products.

Our product solution, consisting of laminating adhesive and a suitable hardener, can be used to produce both double laminates for peel-off membranes and triple laminates for cold-form blisters. We do not use toxicologically questionable substances such as BPA or epoxysilanes and can therefore guarantee safe product solutions for humans and animals. Our colored laminating adhesives also offer brand owners individual and brand-specific design options.

  • Solvent-based 2-component polyurethane adhesive based on polyols in combination with aliphatic isocyanates
  • Can also be used for high cycle rates with short sealing times thanks to its high sealing strength
  • Meets the highest requirements of the pharmaceutical industry: also suitable for tropical temperatures in combination with high humidity (“Tropical blister”)

Individual packaging designs through the use of pigmented adhesives

Colored laminating adhesives offer the possibility of replacing full-surface color printing in a composite. This saves process time and enables the implementation of individual packaging designs by printing additional colors.

Our adhesives are available in a variety of colors and combine decorative appearance with functional performance.

Food safety
For us as a manufacturer of products for the food sector, it is of the utmost importance to guarantee consumers the highest safety standards. We also offer aliphatic hardener combinations to prevent the formation of primary aromatic amines (PAA) during the sterilization process.
